Welcome to the Walton Ferry Food Pantry

Walton Ferry Food Pantry, a ministry of Hendersonville Church of the Nazarene, exists to assist the immediate needs of families in Sumner County.

The Walton Ferry Food Pantry will be open on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. For emergency assistance, contact Christi Brown at (615) 824-4411 to make an appointment.

Food Donations

Walton Ferry Food Pantry gladly accepts non-perishable items in unopened, undamaged packaging. Please check the dates and make sure the food hasn’t expired. Cans, boxes, and containers must be unopened and intact. Smaller, single family sizes are preferred.

Below you will find a list of acceptable donations in which you can drop off any time during our office hours, Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 2:30 PM.

ACCEPTABLE DONATIONS: cereal, oatmeal, pancake mix, syrup, canned fruit, peanut butter, jelly, canned tuna, canned chicken, canned vegetables, canned chili, beef stew, ramen noodles, saltine crackers, boxes of dried pasta, soup, spaghetti sauce, mac n cheese, dried beans, rice, tuna helper, chicken helper
